I offer a unique and comprehensive approach to personal training. With 20 years of experience teaching Gyrotonic, Pilates, yoga, and meditation, I bring a deep knowledge of these methodologies to my personal training practice, which is primarily based on the Gyrotonic method.

Using the Gyrotonic method, I help clients access movement, strength, and mobility capabilities they might never have thought possible.
