  • Yes, the Gyrotonic method is a unique system created by Juliu Horvath. Like Pilates, Gyrotonic exercise focuses on posture and building strength. Gyrotonic movements are three dimensional in nature which means the work supports real-life activities. It also helps mobilize the joints and the spine in all the directions they are meant to move. It creates ease and flow in the body.

  • My clients have ranged in age from 13-93. Gyrotonic exercises are adapted to fit anyone’s ability, from those recovering from injury or living with a disability to elite athletes.
